Return Policy

REFUNDS/ STORE CREDITS

Due to Covid-19 All sales are final. To ensure safety for us all we are temporary not exchanging any products. Please be sure to read product details for best results. Thank you for your cooperation during this season.  Once Covid-19 is no longer, we will return to our original policy listed below. 


•If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please send it back to our distribution center within 10 days of delivery date for a refund and/or store credit and within 30 days of delivery date for a store credit.* Returns can take up to 10 days to be processed. Once processed you will receive an email notification. Store credits are given in the form of an E- Gift Card. 

  • There is a $5.99 restocking fee for returns totaling $100 and over

 

AFTER PAY RETURNS

  • Orders placed using Afterpay are only eligible for a store credit. Afterpay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Afterpay balance is paid in full.

  • Bodysuits
  • Sale items ending in $.50 
  • Handbags 
  • Jewelry 
  • Passport Covers
  • Belts
  • Sunglasses
  • Stained, worn, laundered, or damaged pieces
  • Items sent back after 30 days of purchase 
  • Items not its original packaging, with original tags and labels.

    Exchanges

    Due to our items being highly demanded we do not offer exchanges.  

      SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS

    • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are NOT refundable.
    • We do NOT provide return shipping labels.
    • We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

    If your purchase was placed using a credit card and a gift card, the refund will be issued first to the gift card and the remaining funds will be issued to the credit card.

    SHIPPING TIPS

    • We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Laced Boutique will not be able to fulfill your return.

     RETURN TO SENDER 

    Orders that are "Returned to sender" will only qualify for a store credit. A $5.99 restocking fee will be deducted and original shipping fees will not be returned. 

    ABANDONED RETURNS

    If an item is returned after 30 days or a non-qualified return is shipped to us, your return will be deemed as abandoned and discarded.

    RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

    Laced Boutique reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers orders made on www.lacedboutique.com at any time due to:

    1. Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing"
    2. Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned, spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
    3. Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.
